Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Since we work with multiple suppliers, our return policy varies depending on the product. Please read the guidelines below and contact us before returning any item to ensure a smooth process.
1. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at av.viray2025@mail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
✅ Order number
✅ Photos of the product and packaging
✅ A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and provide a solution based on the supplier’s policy. This may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
2. Returns for Change of Mind or Unwanted Items
Some of our suppliers allow returns for non-defective items, while others do not. If you would like to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect:
- Email us at av.viray2025@gmail.com with your order number and product details.
- We will check if the item is eligible for return based on the supplier’s policy.
- If approved, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
⚠️ Note: Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
3. How the Return Process Works
- Contact Us First: Do not send any items back without approval. We will provide the correct return address based on the product’s supplier.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refund Processing: Refunds or replacements will be issued once the supplier confirms receipt of the returned item. This may take 7-14 business days depending on the supplier.
4. Supplier-Specific Return Policies
Because we work with multiple suppliers, each has its own return policy:
✅ Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Items must be returned to their warehouse. We will provide the return address upon approval.
✅ Other supplier do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
✅ If your item is from other supplier, we will provide specific return instructions when you contact us.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are processed by the supplier.
- If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
